You've spent years trusting everyone else's opinions more than your own.
Imagine what your life would feel like if you finally trusted yourself first.
You notice everything.
Other people's emotions.
The tension in the room.
The subtle shift in someone's voice.
You're deeply attuned to the people around you.
Now imagine being that attuned to yourself.
Knowing what you want—and trusting that knowing.
Making a decision without needing five other people to confirm it first.
Saying what you mean without replaying the conversation for the next three days.
Choosing what feels right for you without explaining, defending, or wondering whether someone else is uncomfortable with it.
Not because you suddenly stopped caring about other people.
But because you stopped leaving yourself out of the equation.
POWER is a year-long coaching experience for empathic women who are ready to trust themselves deeply, honor what they know, and build a life that feels like their own.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about returning to the woman you were before you learned to doubt yourself.
“Distinguishing more between ‘I don't know what to do’ and ‘I know what to do, it's just hard to take action.’ Less asking for opinions or confirmation from others. Feeling way less need to justify or explain my choices (even to my husband).”
— Kendra D., POWER Client
Imagine ending the day with energy still left for yourself.
That's the relationship with yourself POWER helps you build.
One where you can still be deeply caring without carrying everyone.
Where uncomfortable conversations can be uncomfortable without making you question yourself.
Where someone else can be disappointed—and you can still know you made the right decision for you.
A relationship with yourself that's finally stronger than your fear of disappointing other people.
“Realizing that I do not have to always do what others want me to do. I can make my own decisions, and I do not have to apologize or explain why I make them.”
— Jill Perrin, POWER Client
This isn't about becoming less empathic.
It's about finally including yourself in the empathy.
You already know your needs matter.
But knowing that hasn't necessarily made it easier to honor them.
Because somewhere along the way, being “good” became being available.
Understanding.
Accommodating.
The one who could handle it.
And when what you needed conflicted with what someone else wanted?
It became safer to disappoint yourself than risk disappointing them.
Do that enough times and it stops feeling like a decision.
It becomes your default.
POWER helps you create a new one.
Someone asks you for something.
You pause.
You check in with yourself before automatically checking in with everyone else.
You answer honestly.
And whatever their response is, you know you can handle it.
No six-hour emotional hangover.
No rewriting the conversation.
No gathering opinions to determine whether you were “allowed” to make the choice you made.
You trust yourself. And you move on with your day.
You can care deeply without carrying everything.
You can understand someone else's feelings without making them your responsibility.
You can love people without leaving yourself behind to do it.
Your empathy doesn't have to disappear.
It just gets to include you, too.
“I am ‘pausing’, taking time to really think about what I’m trying to accomplish and then making decisions.”
— Jill Perrin, POWER Client
You probably don't need another breakthrough. You need the space to live what you already know.
POWER is a year-long coaching experience because lasting transformation rarely happens in one breakthrough.
It happens when you practice a new way of relating to yourself - then get to practice it again when the real-life conversation, relationship, decision, or boundary actually shows up.
Because knowing you should trust yourself is one thing.
Trusting yourself when someone you love doesn't agree with you is another.
During your first cohort, you'll move through the POWER framework alongside women doing this work with you.
Then you'll have the rest of the year to keep bringing what you're learning into your actual life—with continued coaching, implementation support, and opportunities to deepen the work through additional live rounds.
So when an old pattern shows up again, it doesn't mean you failed.
It means you get another opportunity to choose yourself differently.
Insight can happen in a single conversation.
Living differently takes repetition, support, and practice.
And POWER gives you a year for exactly that.
“I embody and then decide IF I can carve out time for others.”
— Maria M., POWER Client
For years, you've been taught to understand everyone else.
POWER teaches you how to stay with yourself.
You've already done so much of the internal work.
You can recognize the pattern.
You can name the people-pleasing.
You can usually tell when you're taking responsibility for someone else's emotions or looking outside yourself for permission.
Knowing isn't the problem anymore.
The harder part is staying with what you know when acting on it feels uncomfortable.
When someone doesn't understand.
When someone is disappointed.
When the old guilt shows up.
When doing what's right for you doesn't immediately feel good.
That's the deeper work inside POWER.
Not becoming less empathic.
Not caring less about the people you love.
Learning that you can care deeply about someone else's experience without abandoning your own.
So that more and more, you can move through your life knowing:
“I can handle what comes next without losing myself.”
That's the kind of self-trust POWER helps you practice until it becomes something you don't just understand—
but something you live.
A relationship with yourself that finally feels safe to come home to.
“I think I thought that knowing it’s the right thing was supposed to make it feel easy.”
— Kendra D., POWER Client
Inside POWER, you'll turn self-awareness into self-trust you can actually live.
You won't leave POWER with another pile of information about yourself.
You've probably already got plenty of that.
You'll build a different relationship with yourself.
One where you can hear your own knowing.
Honor what you need.
Make decisions without automatically outsourcing them.
And trust yourself enough to stay with those decisions when life gets uncomfortable.
Here's how we practice that inside POWER...
P — PRESENCE
Hear yourself again.
When you've spent years attuned to everyone else's emotions, expectations, and needs, your own voice can get buried underneath all that noise.
Presence helps you pause long enough to notice what's happening inside you—so you can respond from your own truth instead of automatically reacting to everyone around you.
O — OPTIMIZE
Make self-trust easier to practice.
You shouldn't have to white-knuckle your way into choosing yourself.
Through Optimize, you'll look at the environments, rhythms, and patterns surrounding you and create more support for calm, clarity, and self-trust.
So honoring yourself requires less fighting against your own life.
W — WISDOM
Know what's yours—and what isn't.
Someone else's disappointment doesn't automatically mean you did something wrong.
Someone else's anxiety doesn't automatically become yours to fix.
Through Wisdom, you'll practice recognizing what belongs to you, what belongs to someone else, and what your own inner knowing has been communicating all along.
E — EMBODIMENT
Turn what you know into how you live.
This is where insight meets real life.
The conversation.
The relationship.
The boundary.
The decision you know is right for you—even when someone else doesn't love it.
You'll practice honoring what you know until choosing yourself feels less like something you're trying to do and more like the way you live.
R — RENEW
Know how to come back to yourself.
Life will still get messy.
Old patterns may still show up.
The difference is that you'll know what to do when they do.
Instead of treating a hard day, an old reaction, or a moment of self-doubt as proof that you've failed, you'll learn how to reconnect with yourself and begin again.
Because self-trust isn't never losing your footing.
It's knowing how to find yourself again.
POWER may be for you if...
You've already done a lot of internal work—and you're ready to move beyond simply understanding your patterns into living differently.
You don't need someone to hand you the answers. You want support learning to trust the answers already inside you.
You're willing to practice choosing yourself even when doing so feels uncomfortable.
You want to remain the thoughtful, caring, deeply empathic woman you are—without disappearing underneath everyone else's needs.
And you're looking for a compassionate community where growth isn't about perfection, performance, or fixing one another.
You don't need more proof that you need to change.
You need a place to practice becoming more fully yourself.
POWER is probably not the right fit if you're looking for someone else to tell you what to do.
This isn't coaching designed to make you dependent on a coach. The entire purpose is to strengthen your ability to hear, trust, and act on your own knowing.
POWER also asks for participation: curiosity about your patterns, personal responsibility for your growth, and a willingness to practice what you're learning in real life.
And because this is a community experience, kindness and respect aren't optional. POWER is intentionally inclusive and affirming, and participants are expected to respect people across identities, backgrounds, bodies, abilities, and lived experiences. We are an openly LBGTQ+ and BIPOC affirming and inclusive community.
**A note about mental health support**: POWER is a coaching and educational experience, not therapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for clinical mental health care. If you currently need a higher level of mental health support, please work with an appropriately licensed professional.
TESTIMONIAL
"I am acknowledging that I do have wisdom, even when it doesn't feel like it. POWER helped me notice negative self-talk more quickly, trust myself more, and make decisions that honor my own needs."
— Stephanie White - POWER Client
This is what self-trust starts looking like in real life.
Not perfection.
Not never second-guessing yourself again.
Small, meaningful shifts in the moments where you used to automatically leave yourself behind.
Less asking for permission. More pausing. More trusting. More choosing from what you already know.
“Distinguishing more between ‘I don't know what to do’ and ‘I know what to do, it's just hard to take action.’ Less asking for opinions or confirmation from others. Feeling way less need to justify or explain my choices (even to my husband).”
— Kendra D., POWER Client
“I notice that I do not feel bad saying no, and I might feel a little nervous and scared about speaking my mind, but it is only for a little bit—then I'm feeling so good in my own skin after.”
— Jill Perrin, POWER Client
“I am enjoying the shift from connecting with myself only AFTER everyone else is cared for to asking/considering what I need in order to take care of others. Checking in with myself has moved up on my priority list.”
— Stephanie White, POWER Client
That's the work.
Not becoming someone who never feels uncomfortable.
Becoming someone who no longer needs discomfort to mean she's doing something wrong.
A room where you don't have to explain yourself.
There's a particular kind of relief that happens when you're surrounded by women who understand experiences you've spent years trying to put into words.
Women who notice deeply.
Feel deeply.
Think deeply.
Women who have also wondered why knowing what they need doesn't always make choosing it easy.
You don't have to translate yourself here.
Inside POWER, you'll have a community where you can be honest about what you're practicing, what feels hard, what you're noticing, and what is beginning to change.
A room where your growth is celebrated—not compared.
Where accountability is gentle but real.
Where watching another woman choose herself can help you believe more deeply that you can choose yourself, too.
And perhaps most importantly...
One of the most powerful parts of POWER is what doesn't happen.
No one rushes in to fix you.
No one tells you what you should do.
No one takes over your process.
Because POWER isn't designed to make you better at trusting a coach.
It's designed to make you better at trusting yourself.
So instead of another room full of opinions about what you should do...
you get something many empathic women rarely give themselves:
Space to hear your own answer.
“I feel so loved and seen in this group and I feel like I can be my true self.”
— Jill Perrin, POWER Client
“Meeting with all of you again in a safe, vulnerable, shared space of growth and learning.”
— Maria M., POWER Client
“Feeling supported and cared for.”
— Kendra D., POWER Client
About Brenda
Brenda is a certified trauma-informed somatic coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with a master’s degree in educational leadership. Brenda is a trained psychic medium and Reiki master teacher.
I didn't create POWER because I had all the answers.
I created it because I got tired of leaving myself.
For much of my life, I was known as the person who could hold everything together.
I anticipated needs.
Solved problems.
Carried responsibility.
I was thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed to the people around me—and those qualities helped me build a successful career in education and leadership.
But they also taught me something I wouldn't understand until much later:
Being capable of carrying more doesn't mean it's yours to carry.
I could read the emotional undercurrent in a room almost instantly.
But when it came to decisions in my own life, I often gave everyone else's needs, expectations, and reactions more weight than my own knowing.
Not because I lacked clarity.
Because I cared deeply.
Then one particular moment made the pattern impossible for me to ignore.
I'd just returned home from a leadership conference.
I stepped off the plane feeling clear.
Inspired.
Certain about what I wanted next.
And within moments, that clarity started slipping away.
Not because I'd stopped knowing what I wanted.
Because I'd started calculating how what I wanted might affect everyone else.
That's when I understood something I had never been taught:
The problem wasn't that I didn't know.
I didn't know how to stay connected to myself once other people's emotions entered the room.
And that became a question that would shape the direction of my work:
How do you stay deeply connected to yourself while remaining deeply connected to others?
I've spent decades exploring that question alongside leaders, educators, physicians, entrepreneurs, creatives, retirees, and highly sensitive people navigating meaningful life transitions.
And ultimately, it's why I created POWER.
Not to give you my answers.
To help you hear yours.
Not to make you less caring.
To help you stay connected to yourself while you care.
Not to turn you into someone new.
To give you a place to practice becoming more fully who you already are.
“Truly a transformative experience”
Brenda’s work is nothing short of life-changing. She has helped me harness my energy, release old patterns, and step into a version of myself that is more empowered, intuitive, and at peace. If you’re looking for someone to help you unlock your highest potential, I cannot recommend Brenda enough.

Why POWER Lasts a Year
Because self-trust isn't a six-week achievement.
It's a relationship.
You've probably already experienced how quickly insight can happen.
One conversation can change the way you see something.
But knowing you should trust yourself is one thing.
Trusting yourself when someone you love doesn't agree with you is another.
That's why POWER isn't built around collecting more insight.
It's built around integration.
You'll have a full year to learn the POWER framework, practice it while real life is actually happening, receive coaching through the moments that challenge you, and return to the work from increasingly different versions of yourself.
Not because you'll need a year to “get it.”
Because you'll have a year to live it.
Here's How Your Year Works
LEARN
Your first 6-week live POWER experience
This is where you build your foundation.
You'll move through the complete POWER framework, begin recognizing the patterns that pull you away from yourself, and learn practical ways to pause, reconnect, and respond differently.
You won't just understand what you're doing.
You'll begin practicing another way.
PRACTICE
Coaching and support throughout your year
Then life happens.
The conversation you weren't expecting.
The decision you've been avoiding.
The relationship that activates an old pattern.
The moment you know what you want—but honoring it feels uncomfortable.
Bring your real life into the work.
You'll have ongoing opportunities for coaching, questions, implementation, and support as you practice what you're learning where it actually matters.
RETURN
Two additional live POWER rounds
You'll be invited through POWER two more times during your year.
But you won't be the same woman hearing it.
You'll notice what's changed.
Discover what you understand differently now.
Strengthen what still needs practice.
And experience familiar teachings from a completely different place in your life.
That's the power of returning: the material stays familiar while you keep changing.
Your Year Inside POWER Includes
✔ Three live POWER rounds over 12 months
Move through your first six-week experience, then return for two additional live rounds as your self-trust deepens.
✔ A full year of coaching and implementation support
Bring real situations into the room and get support practicing what you're learning in your actual life.
✔ One private 60-minute coaching session during your first cohort
Dedicated space to explore your unique experience and personalize the work.
✔ Additional Q&A and coaching opportunities
Extra space throughout the year for questions, implementation, and support.
✔ Lifetime access to the POWER curriculum and session replays
Return whenever you need a reminder, a reset, or a deeper layer of the work.
✔ Optional additional private coaching
If you'd like more individualized support during your year, additional 1:1 sessions are available for purchase.
And yes, you keep the material for life.
Not because you need to memorize it.
Because the woman who returns to a lesson six months from now may hear something the woman reading it today couldn't hear yet.
Growth has a way of changing what we're able to see.
The goal isn't to finish POWER.
It's to build a relationship with yourself that continues long after your year inside it ends.
“This content has been so supportive and leaves the door open to come back again and again as needed.”

Your Next Chapter Begins This Fall
POWER begins September 29, 2026.
We'll spend the next year practicing what it means to hear yourself, trust what you know, and stay connected to yourself—even when life, relationships, and other people's emotions make that difficult.
Not perfectly.
Not without uncomfortable moments.
But with a place to return, practice, and begin again.
Because POWER isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about building the kind of relationship with yourself that allows you to become more fully who you already are.
Enrollment for the Fall 2026 POWER cohort is now open.
I'd love to welcome you inside.
POWER teaches you how to stay with yourself-
even when life invites you to leave.
